The Osmond Unveiled

The Osmond, $60m, six-storey luxury apartment building at Norwood, tops out

Construction on one of Adelaide’s most prestigious set of apartments – where homes sell for as much as $5m – has hit a major milestone.

One of Adelaide’s most prestigious apartment buildings has topped out, with construction on The Osmond in Norwood reaching its highest point.

With sweeping views of the Adelaide Hills and eastern suburbs, most of the 22 luxury apartments within the $60m, six-storey building are sold.

Only six – including the largest, a four-bedroom penthouse – are still on the market.

The all-electric apartments, which range from $1.94m – $4.95m and two, three or four bedrooms, come with lavish appointments including European appliance upgrades and curated finishes.

“Many buyers are making the move from large family homes nearby. When people downsize from a large home to an apartment, it creates a ripple effect. The property they leave behind becomes available to the next generation of buyers, which in turn frees up smaller homes for first home buyers or investors.

“Projects like this don’t just deliver great outcomes for residents, they also play a role in keeping the market moving and helping to address broader housing needs.”

Sarah Group managing director Matt Woodrow said The Osmond was an example of what By Sarah was aiming to deliver – “contemporary residences with timeless design”.

“Reaching the highest point of construction at our flagship development, The Osmond is a proud milestone for our team and partners and it brings us another step closer to welcoming residents to their new homes.”
